Not at all! While we recommend being present for your first appointment to meet the team and walk them through any special requests, it’s completely up to you. For future visits, many clients choose to provide access through a key, code, or lockbox—whatever works best for your routine. We’re happy to clean whether you're home or away!

We come fully prepared with all the supplies needed—including our own vacuum and trash bags—so you can sit back and relax. In rare cases where we need to reach extra-high areas, we might ask to borrow a ladder, but that’s usually the only exception!

While many cleaning companies stick to weekdays, we’re proud to offer weekend cleanings.
