RESCHEDULING, CANCELLATION, AND SKIPPING POLICY
As a valued part of our small, locally owned business, your appointments play a key role in supporting our team and daily operations. To cancel or reschedule, please fill out this form completely so we can process your request smoothly.

More than 72 Hours Notice: No fee applied. Please allow up to 7 days to secure a new appointment time, though earlier openings may be available.

48–72 Hours Notice: 25% of your scheduled service fee will be charged.

24–48 Hours Notice: A 50% fee of the scheduled service cost will apply.

Less than 24 Hours Notice: The full-service amount (100%) will be charged.

Missed or Skipped Appointments: A $35 fee will be added to your next cleaning. If over 2 months have passed since your last service, a deep cleaning rate may be required when resuming.
Same-day cancellations, denied access, or failure to provide entry to the property will also result in a full-service charge, as we’re unable to fill the slot on such short notice.
Please note: Changing or canceling one visit does not affect any future recurring appointments. All schedule changes must be made during business hours (Mon–Fri, 9 AM to 6 PM).
*Policy also applies to disinfecting services, with the exception of the skip fee.
