RESCHEDULING, CANCELLATION, AND SKIPPING POLICY

As a valued part of our small, locally owned business, your appointments play a key role in supporting our team and daily operations. To cancel or reschedule, please fill out this form completely so we can process your request smoothly.

  • More than 72 Hours Notice: No fee applied. Please allow up to 7 days to secure a new appointment time, though earlier openings may be available.

  • 48–72 Hours Notice: 25% of your scheduled service fee will be charged.

  • 24–48 Hours Notice: A 50% fee of the scheduled service cost will apply.

  • Less than 24 Hours Notice: The full-service amount (100%) will be charged.

  • Missed or Skipped Appointments: A $35 fee will be added to your next cleaning. If over 2 months have passed since your last service, a deep cleaning rate may be required when resuming.

Same-day cancellations, denied access, or failure to provide entry to the property will also result in a full-service charge, as we’re unable to fill the slot on such short notice.

Please note: Changing or canceling one visit does not affect any future recurring appointments. All schedule changes must be made during business hours (Mon–Fri, 9 AM to 6 PM).

*Policy also applies to disinfecting services, with the exception of the skip fee.
